Lifeline USA Chest Expanders and Fitness Cables with superior Heavy-duty Triple Grip Handles

Cables, chest expanders, strands, resistance bands develop usable strength and flexibility. These old-time strength tools can be integrated with your kettlebell drills, strength training and cardio conditioning routines. The old time strongmen such as Eugene Sandow and Thomas Inch were great strength cable pullers.

Prior to using resistance bands always establish a clear and spacious training environment so there is no danger to persons or property. Inappropriate use of resistance bands could lead to material failure. Do not place the bands over abrasive surfaces. Always check resistance bands before and after use for scratches, cracks, cuts and abrasions, if any of these are found, discard the band and replace it. Always use with common sense and safety in mind.
