Chest Expanders & TNT Cables

Cables, chest expanders, strands, resistance bands develop usable strength and flexibility. These old-time strength tools can be integrated with your kettlebell drills, strength training and cardio conditioning routines. The old time strongmen such as Eugene Sandow and Thomas Inch were great cable pullers.

Some of the exercises you can do with Power Cables: Bow and Arrow Pull, Bicep Curl, Reverse Curl, Tricep Kick Backs, Tricep Extensions, Front Chest Pull, Cable Pull Overs, Cable Push Ups, Lateral Raises etc

Chest Expander cables by Lifeline USA go from 40lbs on a single cable up to a maximum pull of 270lbs on three cables. Cable combinations are numerous, the heavy duty handles hold up to 3 interchangeable cables. The resting length of the chest expander cables is 558mm (22 inches).

We supply the maximum strength TNT cable by Lifeline USA which is 100lbs on a single cable up to a maximum pull of 300lbs on three cables. The heavy duty handles hold up to 3 cables. The resting length of the TNT cables is 1524mm (60 inches).
