Steve Cotter is top notch in his field. In three days with Steve, my endurance levels shot up three or four fold and my flexibility also went up 20% or 30%. These are extremely important when you are trying to squat 1100lbs, bench 800lbs and deadlift 800lbs and be the best 275lb Powerlifter ever in the history of the sport. Right now, my best lifts are 1058lb squat, 700lbs bench and 716 deadlift for a 2463lbs Total.
