Steve Cotter is a world-renowned martial artist and strength & conditioning specialist.
Steve is two times US National Full Kontact Kuoshu (Kung Fu) Champion with 25 years of internal martial arts training.
He was Team Captain of the first-ever USA Team to compete in the World Championships of Girevoy Sport (Kettlebells), Moscow, 2005. Steve has provided combat oriented strength & conditioning to the US Marines. He serves as a Strength & Conditioning consultant to the NFL's San Francisco 49ers and San Diego Chargers, introducing kettlebell training and hand-hand fighting methods for football athletes.
