We are a UK-based family business. We have been trading on the Internet since 1996 when we began selling magnotherapy products. Over the years we have extended our range and developed one of the most comprehensive groups of health and fitness websites in the UK.

UK and European Community Orders
Online orders can be placed using our secure shopping Basket Click on the "ADD TO BASKET" buttons on the product pages. Checkout payments are processed by Paypal - you do NOT need a Paypal account, you simply checkout as a guest with a credit or debit card.
Payments will appear on your statement as J J Lewis.
For telephone orders call us with a debit/credit card on 0115 920 2810 (+44 115 920 2810 from outside the UK). We take all major credit and debit cards (except American Express). We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Orders can be sent by post to the address above. We accept cheques or postal orders payable to J & J Lewis, please add a £1.00 handling fee to cheques and postal orders below £50.00.
Our prices are in British Pounds Sterling. The prices shown on our websites include the current rate of VAT (sales tax). We do not charge VAT to customers who are not in the European Community, they are responsible for paying import taxes and import duties when goods arrive in their country.
Discounts and Vouchers
We offer a 5% discount for new customers using voucher code 'NEW5'. It can be used on all products excluding the following: 'Strength' branded products; Hatton Boxing; Products that are already discounted.
Delivery costs can be calculated by putting items in the shopping basket and adding delivery. The delivery cost is shown before customers have to enter any personal details.
We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 to 5 working days following receipt of order.
Orders below 2kg are normally despatched by Royal mail.
Orders heavier than 2kg will normally be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery. PLEASE NOTE: Deliveries are Monday to Friday and couriers will not leave goods without a signature<.
Scottish Highland postcodes are: IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, Ph39-50.
Courier transit times after dispatch within the UK is normally 1 to 2 working days (Scotland may take an extra day). International transit times vary according to destination. Where international shipping is not offered on the product page, please request a shipping quotation.
It is the customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the wrong address is entered and goods are delivered to the wrong address, we will not issue a refund or send replacement goods. If your package is returned to us should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense. Please reduce the risk of this happening by entering your full and complete postal address. If you make a mistake and enter the wrong details, please contact us immediately.
Items returned due to non delivery
If an order is returned to us as a result of either an incorrect address, a customer's refusal to accept the delivery or failure to acknowledge cards left by delivery companies, the customer will be responsible for the delivery costs incurred and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. We will issue a refund for the goods less all costs incurred.
We or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle. This includes, though not limited to, steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance), trees, shrubs, steeply inclined driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends, security gates, security doors, or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to get access to the point of delivery. We will not accept any claims for compensation, arrising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where the carriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/canceled due to these restrictions the customer is liable for all carriage charges and we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Customers have 14 days from receipt to change their mind and return goods at their cost in the original packaging. Once products have been used, they cannot be returned.
Before returning goods, customers must notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and instructions will be given on how and where to send the goods back. Goods are returned at the customer's cost.
If products are received damaged, we must be notified in writing by email at email@example.com within 7 days from receipt (photographic evidence will also be required). Please do not discard packaging as it may be needed for a claim.We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to charge a handling charge if items are returned without authorisation and/or in an unsaleable condition.
Free items cannot be exchanged.
The cost of outgoing postage/shipping & packaging will not be refunded, this applies to all orders including those that qualified for free shipping.
We reserve the right to charge postage/shipping for re-delivery of orders.
We reserve the right to change product specifications and prices without notice. Whilst every effort is made to provide up to date and accurate product information we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions on the website or printed material.
Product guarantees are subject to the individual manufacturer's terms of warranty.
We reserve the right to refuse goods that have been used inappropriately, abused or mistreated. Please notify us in writing if there is a problem with a product within the guarantee period. Please provide a proof of purchase, product guarantees are only valid for the original buyer, they do not apply for goods passed on to third parties.
We do not disclose our customer information to any third parties. We do not store credit card details.
We have taken precautions to ensure that this website is virus-free, we accept no liability for viruses as a result of using this website.
Stock availability is not published on the website. If you order goods that are not in stock we will email you giving you the option to wait for the goods to be available or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel you will receive a full refund.
If a price is erroneous on the website we reserve the right to ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order, or notify you that we have cancelled the order for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply goods at incorrect prices.
