Training with JB Grippers
Each JB Gripper comes complete with extension handles and a unique Grip Training Manual written by John Brookfield especially for the JB Gripper.
Due to the extension handles, the JB Gripper is much more versatile as you are not limited to one set poundage - in fact it is like having a whole collection of handgrippers in one. Simply put, it's like having a whole rack of dumbbells to workout with instead of being limited to just one dumbell.
- Do light warm up sets and move up to higher poundages, even to your maximum, then back to a cool-down set with the same JB Gripper.
- Train both hands at the same time and cut your workout time by half.
- Train both hands at the same time with the JB Gripper.
- Work your upper body by crushing together the ends of the JB Gripper with extensions.

John Brookfield is a living legend in the world of grip strength. John has set many records in grip strength from bending steel with his bare hands to tearing decks of cards in half. He has appeared on many TV shows such as the Today Show, and he has been featured in 'Ripleys Believe it or Not' and the 'Guinness Book of Records' for his feats of incredible hand strength.
John Brookfield holds the World Record for bending 520 60-penny nails in 1 hour 42 minutes & World Record Holder for bending a 20 foot half-inch diameter (12mm) steel bar to fit into a small suitcase in 29 seconds.

If you change your mind
If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days from receipt if they have not been used and are still in their original packaging. Damage in Transit
If items arrive damaged, please sign for them as damaged with the courier if possible. Please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide images of: The damaged item, the outer box/packaging, the internal packaging. Please do not discard packaging as it may be needed. We are sorry but we cannot process claims for damage without photographic evidence.
