Ring Strength contains over 40 exercises demonstrated by Jordan Jovtchev - World Champion Gymnast on Rings 2001, 2003; Olympic Silver Medallist on Rings 2004 and Bronze Medallist 2000.
Jordan is your personal instructor on this journey into the world of elite strength training. Proper form is important so Jordan demonstrates every exercise. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the world's best.
Ring Strength features many challenging exercises, including:
- The Ring Dip is one powerful exercise you will learn on this DVD.
- The Ring Flyer is a challenging chest exercise first popularized by former Mr Universe Larry Scott. Jordan presents a series of exercises to build up to this advanced variation.
- The Front Lever is a challenging core exercise. Jordan has a detailed sequence of exercises to help you develop the strength to hold that position. Some of the exercises are unique!
- The Crucifix is arguably the most impressive exercise of them all. If you want to impress your friends with this radical strength feat, Jordan can help. He has several build-up exercises and very important tips on proper form.
Many of the exercises performed on the rings can also be performed on the Jungle Gym XT

If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days from receipt if they have not been used and are still in their original packaging. Damage in Transit
If items arrive damaged, please sign for them as damaged with the courier if possible. Please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide images of: The damaged item, the outer box/packaging, the internal packaging. Please do not discard packaging as it may be needed. We are sorry but we cannot process claims for damage without photographic evidence.
