Latex Resistance Bands
Strength 20" (508mmm) Latex Resistance Bands are great for strength training. Due to their 20 inch length these Strength Bands can be used like a chest expander and pulled across the chest. They are also great for bench pressing, tricep extensions, bicep curls, deadlift training and stretching. Strength Bands can also be used for Plyometrics, Isometrics, Aerobics, Flexibility, Speed and Agility, Jumping, Warm-ups, Sports training, Rehabilitation etc.
Sold as Single Bands, not pairs.
Strength Bands are easily packed away so you can use them in hotel rooms, at the gym or the practice fields.
Note: Do not use if you are allergic to latex.
Why Train with Strength Bands?
Because they work on basic strength through progressive resistance and in some areas have the edge on weights. Resistance training develops tendons and ligaments because the resistance comes from all angles and directions. With weights the resistance is towards the ground due to gravity.
Many legendary strongmen, such as Eugene Sandow, Thomas Inch, John Grimick, Reg Park, John Brookfield, have said that cables were better than weights for developing usable strength and flexibility.

If you change your mind
If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days from receipt if they have not been used and are still in their original packaging. To begin the returns process, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to request a returns number. We will email you back with the return address and return instructions.
Damage in Transit
If items arrive damaged, please sign for them as damaged with the courier if possible. Please notify us immediately at email@example.com and provide images of: The damaged item, the outer box/packaging, the internal packaging. Please do not discard packaging as it may be needed. We are sorry but we cannot process claims for damage without photographic evidence.
Loss in Transit
If your order does not arrive in the expected time period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
