DELIVERY
Delivery time
Our UK mainland delivery time is approximately 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery costs
• UK Mainland - delivery costs are calculated by weight when you add items to the shopping basket (before you enter any personal details)
Please email info@kettlebells.co.uk for a shipping quotation, advising your full address including postcode.

• Scottish Highlands (postcodes IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH19-44, Ph39-50).
• Northern Ireland
• All UK offshore islands (including Channel Isles)

RETURNS
Changed your mind?
If you change your mind, you can return items within 14 days from receipt, providing they are unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying the return unless the items are damaged or faulty.
If items are faulty
We will either arrange a collection or reimburse you for the return cost if items are faulty.
If items are damaged in transit
If items arrive damaged, please sign for them as damaged with the courier if possible. Please notify us immediately at info@kettlebells.co.uk and provide images of:
- The damaged item
- The outer box/packaging showing the courier label
- The internal packaging.
Please do not discard packaging as it may be needed. We are sorry but we cannot process claims for damage without photographic evidence.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Please e-mail info@kettlebells.co.uk to request a return. We will email you back promptly with instructions including the return address which may be different to our office in Nottingham.
REFUNDS
Refunds will normally be processed within 2 to 3 days, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if the items are damaged or faulty.
We can’t accept a return if items are used or unsuitable for resale, or if they are outside of the 14 day returns window.
Our returns policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
NON-DELIVERY
Please get in touch if your order fails to arrive after 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, or if an item is missing.
We will carry out an investigation with the courier and arrange for a re-delivery, replacement or refund as soon as possible.
We aim to resolve all issues promptly, and we will keep you updated throughout the process by email.
Courier returns
If couriers return orders due to:-
An incorrect address on the order, refusal to accept delivery, access restrictions,
or failure to respond to courier communications, we will automatically issue a refund less the delivery cost.
Incorrect addresses
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. We cannot refund orders delivered to an incorrect address.

Stock availability is not tracked on the website. If you order goods that are not in stock we will email you giving you the option to wait for the goods to be available or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel you will receive a full refund.
If a price is erroneous on the website we reserve the right to ask you whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order, or notify you that we have cancelled the order for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply goods at incorrect prices.
